Who we are
Absolute Home Creations is a residential renovation company based at 197 Rembrandt Place, London, ON N6C 5G9, Canada. This policy covers absolutehomecreations.com.
Information you send us
This website has no contact forms. The only information we receive from you is what you choose to put in an email to inquiries@absolutehomecreations.com or tell us on the phone — typically your name, contact details, address and a description of the work you want done.
We use that information solely to prepare your estimate and carry out your project. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with lead brokers or marketing companies. We share it with our own trades, suppliers and the municipality only where a project requires it — for example on a building permit application.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people find useful. It sets cookies and collects anonymised information such as the pages you visit, roughly where you are, and what kind of device and browser you use. It does not tell us who you are.
You can opt out entirely with Google's browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
Third-party content
Some pages embed videos from YouTube using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com
domain. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers may log the request.
How long we keep things
Project correspondence, contracts and warranty records are kept as long as required for warranty and tax purposes. Enquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as they are useful.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email inquiries@absolutehomecreations.com and we will respond.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
