Planning your renovation
Decide what you want to achieve — a renovation, an addition, or a new and updated look for the home you have. This is the stage where budget, priorities and wish-list all get put on the table.
Introduction
At our first meeting we listen. Your concerns, your hopes and your aspirations for the project shape everything that follows, so we spend the time to understand them properly.
Plans and drawings
We provide in-home drawings for the project, so you know exactly what to expect from the planning stage through to full completion — before a single tool comes out.
Contractual obligations and agreement
We review our written proposal with you: the project's specifications, our obligations, the responsibilities on both sides, and the precise scope of what is included.
Building permits
Absolute Home Creations arranges and coordinates all building permits and building inspections. You don't chase the city — we do.
Care in the beginning, and on finishing
We use drop sheets, put up doorway covers and cover furniture. Your home is still your home while we're working in it, and it gets treated that way.
Project completion
We walk you through any applicable warranties and exactly what each one includes, in writing, so there is no question later about who covers what.
Customer service and final inspection
On completion of the renovation, addition or landscaping project, we do a full walkthrough with you — and nothing is finished until you say it is.
