No. Estimates and in-home drawings are free. We come out, measure, listen to what you want, and give you a written proposal that lays out the specifications, the scope and our obligations before you commit to anything.

Never. Email inquiries@absolutehomecreations.com or call the number for your region and you reach the family that does the work. There is no contact form, no lead broker and no call centre in between.

Our licensed budget programs require no deposit. Ask us about them when we come out — they carry very low interest rates and are completely open, so you can pay the balance off at any time without penalty.

We do. Absolute Home Creations arranges and coordinates all building permits and all building inspections as part of the project. You don't deal with the city.

It depends on the project. Our lifetime fibreglass shingles carry 50-year registered manufacturer warranties with 10 years on workmanship, and Gutterglove Pro and Eavesafe gutter protection carry lifetime warranties. At project completion we walk you through every applicable warranty and exactly what it covers.

Yes — fully insured on every project, every trade, every day. We are also a RenoMark accredited renovator, which requires a written contract, a minimum two-year warranty on workmanship, and full liability insurance.

Yes. We build basement apartments with separate entrances, code-compliant egress windows, proper fire separation and full bathrooms — whether it's for a family member or for rental income. Permits and inspections are handled by us.
